How early should I reach out before I want to begin?

The earlier, the better. Many clients begin conversations 3 to 6 months before they want construction to start. This allows time for design, permitting, and scheduling.

What types of projects do you take on?

We specialize in new home builds and residential remodels. This includes whole-home renovations, kitchens, baths, additions, and more.

Do you offer design services?

Process & Timeline

What is your typical process?

Our process begins with a discovery call, followed by an on-site walkthrough, a detailed proposal, and a follow-up call to align on details. Once the contract is signed, we begin planning and scheduling your project.

How long does the build or remodel process take?

Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. We will provide a projected timeline during the proposal phase, but in general:

  • Remodels: 4 to 16 weeks

  • New Builds: 8 to 18 months

Who will be my main point of contact during the project?

You’ll have a dedicated project manager and support from our full team. We prioritize clear, consistent communication throughout every phase.

Cost & Payments

How are project costs determined?

We provide a detailed proposal after your on-site walkthrough. It includes a breakdown of the scope of work, estimated costs, and projected timeline. Any changes made during the project will be clearly communicated and approved before moving forward.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required upon signing the contract to secure your spot and begin planning and scheduling. Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal.

Are your estimates fixed or flexible?

Our proposals are detailed and accurate, but because each project is unique, certain variables (such as material selections or unforeseen conditions) may affect final costs. We always communicate changes transparently.

Permits, Licensing & Warranty

Do you handle permits?

Yes, we take care of securing the necessary permits for your project, depending on your location and scope of work.

Do you offer a warranty?
